How do I request a full or partial refund?

When signing up for FileFactory, it is very important to read the FileFactory Terms of Service.

We are open about our stance on refunds and currently do not accept any requests for refunds.

Due to the nature of our service, it would be impractical to offer refunds on request.  To make it fair for both the customer and ourselves, we state that refunds won't be issued in section 14 of our FileFactory Terms of Service which you agree to upon registering an account with FileFactory.
 

14. Refund policy and cancellation instructions

All purchases of Services through the Site are nonrefundable prepayments for Services. As such, there are no refunds available to customers.

In addition, payments which are automatically recurring are clearly stated as such on the purchase page, and within your purchase receipt.
