When developing FileFactory, functionality is tested in all major, modern browsers to ensure everything works as it should. If you are experiencing a problem with a particular feature of FileFactory, it is suggested that you test it in another browser. If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket via our support system and the development team will investigate the issue further.
The browsers FileFactory support are:
- Google Chrome (highly recommended)
- Mozilla FireFox (recommended)
- Internet Explorer 10 and above
If you are using another browser, it is recommended that you upgrade to one of the above to receive the latest in web technology.
