[Resolved] Users not able to sign in issues

This issue is now resolved. It was caused by an update to some of our security settings which inadvertently prevented users from signing into their account or changing their password.


We're aware that some users are unable to sign into their accounts or reset their password. We are investigating and hope to have this resolved shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
